Watch me draw?

 The other day, I took about 25 minutes to do a drawing of Popeye. It's a large 2 ft by 3 ft drawing. It is available for sale and if you're interested send me a message. I ate a little video of it. This is not real time! Halfway through the drawing my dumb marker ran out of ink so I had to scramble to get some ink and a couple brushes to finish the picture. I'm not sure if I'm going to color the picture or not. It's on very basic drawing paper, so any liquid is going to warp the paper, and I don't have large markers that would color a picture the size with good quality.

The Eddie Van Halen painting is priced low due to a small tear in the canvas. It's 14x11. The Rolling Stones painting not damaged, but is discounted from the regular price for an 18x24 painting.

Finished What I Started!

It's done! I set out to paint a quick watercolor portrait of Van Halen, and 3 days later...

This is an 11x14 watercolor painting on watercolor paper (or bristol board. I don't remember).

Fair Warning: Van Halen tribute art

 I've been painting a David Lee Roth era Van Halen tribute portrait with the intention to sell. It's very close to done. It's oil on 20x16 canvas. I charge by size for up to 3 subjects. 16x20 drawing or painting is $320 plus shipping and handling. 

I've worked on the painting since this photo was taken. Email me if interested. It would make a great gift for a Van Halen fan.
